Automating Your Home Kit Lights
In terms of actual work, 99% of the automation stuff that I do is driven through the terminal. What language I use for all of that is completely wide open. So by adding a shortcut to run the scene, I can give it my own custom name. That means everybody can have the same scenes, but we can all have different names and call them whatever it is we like. It's really nice. And I'm also missing my home kit lights as I sit here mostly in the dark with just a desk lamp on because I forgot that it gets dark here.
