Is There a Leviathan Scenario?
If we see some sort of global go engineering, would like the consent of a fair amount of global states, that to me, would be the marker as well. But i think there are leviathan scenarios where that gets headed up by a hedgeamon other than the united states. There's a whole host of possible scenarios for a new hegemon coming. And but definitely, at the point that go engineering is occurring at that scale, something has changed in sovereignty,. Righto? Exactly. All right.
