Using New Tasks or New Data Sets?

There are no existing bench marks for this data set or this task, and people don't care. Youre jstb using existing methods. Yet it's really hard to publish something that is not novel in methods, but itis novel in the data set you're using. Have you ever thought about designing a kind of new tasks or new data sets? I have, and it's time easy. i definetly have a few unpublished papers in that area. There are a few that, if somebody were to do it, i would love to see a data set on.
