Smaller organizations of 100 or less tend to approach OKRs much more rapidly and have the capacity to absorb that change a bit more than larger organizations. I think people understood we were very clear in building our strategy first and presenting that out and then moving to OKR. If you don't know what your strategy is don't move into OKRs, he says.
