What Are You Saying All the Time?

I feel sorry for my trainees because they're brilliant but they must get so bored of hearing me say the same stuff again. A lot of it's unconscious at this point but like you know scrape the paint off the artery. That's one I love that one though. It tells you exactly what to do. As long as they don't get into the bucket of paint in the artery. Well we actually had a retreat with our regional team which was just fantastic. So we blocked off most of us Saturday at an off campus location. Blocked off. Very good I like that.
