We try to frontload where it matters. And again, where we have less confidence in or where we've seen some of the initial diligence materials and we figure there's going to be some potential issue. But there's often things that come about at the woodworks that you find out nonetheless. It is kind of a process, does require a lot of inputs, however, from the target. You'd probably use like a third party for that quality of earnings. Depends on the size of the deal.
