Evaluating Complexity as a Paradigm Shift
The UN report says that by 2030, we're at the point of no return on climate change. We can't just keep messing around with small indicators and thinking that we're going to solve this through a bunch of projects. And I think evaluators have things to offer by being at the table but not if we bring our traditional way of thinking it is indeed a paradigm shift for everybody involved. Our entire global machinery, business, NGOs, government, United Nations is built on the old paradigm. It's not getting us where we need to go.
