How to Give Good Feedback Effectively
This is raw human relationships, emotional intelligence. These are the human skills that are very difficult to just train in an otli madil and how to give feedback effectively. So it's tesmem it can simply be taught. What we can do is frame it in the context of a worked environment,. with what's effective, what's not, what's a good framework, and lens to look at seed backs through. And i think we've done a good job of keeping that up. Using like a celebration channel, a woo channel, whatever it might be, calling people out, giving cudos."
