Online Fraud - Is 25% of All Orders in 2009 Manually Reviewed?
The survey that we're discussing of course is the 11th annual online fraud report by CyberSource, which you've authored and assembled Doug. In that report, I believe the report states that 25% of all orders in 2009 were manually reviewed and to some degree. My question for you is, is that, did I understand that correctly? Half the fraud management budgets are spent on manual review. So it's important to try and streamline that process as much as possible.
