A couple of things that i saw a lot in the last couple of years is that people want to prematurely optimise. I think engine ears too, have a mismashed expectation about what it might mean to be in an early stage start up. A real sense of where you actually are in your curve is critically, critically important. You can't lose focus on building something of value that someone's willing to exchange money for. And if you have not done that to the degree where it's like basically automatic at this point, all the other stuff isis one wrong or two wrongs down on the priorbe stel.
