I came to the new york times because i loved their culture coverage. I think older school journalists definitely are extremely opinionated, er like lafentin den wel. Back then we were under dogs in te and everything we made was kind of cool and subversive and underground. And now it feels so adversarial that when i pick up the new yorktimes ere, a new york times journalist calls me a,. i'm just like, o k, this is a negative span.
