How to Trust Yourself and Your Inner Wisdom
The next pillar is wisdom and what do you mean by wisdom as part of your overall well-being yeah this is the one that I tend to get fired up on because I view like my mission in life as introducing people to their inner wisdom. A lot of times we have issues with okay I know this about myself but you don't trust yourself so how can you start to trust yourself? It could be as simple as like I trust myself that I'm going to have peanut butter on my toast this morning instead of avocado on my toast even starting back smaller from a practice yesterday where I was just having so much gratitude for the fact that I can trust my body to keep breathing for me.
