Act acceptance and commitment therapy is a therapeutic approach that i am finding myself really falling in love with. The problem is when we try to either oll or avoid the inner world, it prevents us from living a life of meaning and purpose. And so act is very behavior in the sense that it's about accepting the inner world. There ar a variety of metaphors and practices, processes in act to do so, in order to be more present in the here and now,. To live out our values. So what does it look like to be a loving husband, father? What does it look likes to be a compassionate or giving friend?"
