Is Your Job a Vocation?

Every job has that potential. Even if you're not directly serving a person, your work is contributing to a better world. I had a great talk with a flight attendant who was not on duty, about her job. And one of the things is, it's great when your manager sees your job as a vocation. But we can't wait for that. We have to be creative and say what is it within thi thing that i'm doing that is actually a possibility there?
