The Anchor Study and Cabo, Tiger Bear

The anchor study focused on screening for and treatment of HPV and prevention of anal cancer and HIV patient. They found that treatment of H. cell led to a 57% reduction in the anal cancer rate, which was pretty impressive. But note that the absolute rates were low 1.8% versus 0.9%. From this they concluded that H. cell treatment should be prioritized in men and women living with HIV regardless of sexual behavior.
