Is the League Worried About Potential Liability?

If i were running a team, i would very much attempt to have some of my players voluntarily institute some of the restrictions that they had last year. Now, would the players association agree to that this time around? I'm not really sure. So we'll see what ends up happening here. It's but tus, again, we've seen sportss ahead of our society in a lot of ways.
