The West Mesa Killer

There are two main suspects who will most talk about with this case. The first is Lorenzo Montoya, a short powerfully built man in his 30s at the time of the killings. He had multiple arrests for solicitation including one involving violence in 1999. But it's what happened in December 2006 that lead many to believe Lorenzo Montoya is the West Mesa killer. Shureka Hill was strangled to death and be armed with duct tape by Montoya. Her 18 year old boyfriend Frederick Williams got into a confrontation with Montoya after he dragged Hill's body to his car. Police feel that the probability was higher that this wasn't the first time Montoya had committed a crime like this.
