Are We Going to Hear Arguments About the Clean Power Plan?

The court is hearing an argument about pollution regulations that don't exist. The clean power plan has never been in effect, and the affordable clean energy rule was a toothless replacement. So essentially, no matter wht the cord does, it is not going to be clean powr plan in place. And e's not the et fordable cennergy rule in place. so all the court could do is give pa advice. This is known in this lingo as an advisory opinion on what its future rule might look like. But the federal courts don't have the authority to issue advisory opinions.
