Women of the Black Panther Party
The four portraits in the mirrol are of real women in the black panther party. They are based on photographs taken by stephen shames during the 19 seventies. Rachel wolf goldsmith scaled the photos up and made the women 30 feet tall. Eveluson isoloss teoloon ob has been a professor, a poet and a human rights activist. She says she believed then and i believe now, that our survival depends on our own community work.
