The number one thing that anybody can recommend to pull you out of depression is to actually be of service to somebody else. You're really giving them the gift of being able to give to you, right? So the idea of not asking for help is crazy. Like when I can, even if I'm in a downstate but I have a friend who like really needs me, and I show up and I'm really there for him. All of a sudden, like, oh wait, why was I depressed again? I forgot, it reminds me who I am. Reminds you who you are.
