Who do we owe obligations of care to members of our own community? And can we therefore be selfish in taking for ourselves scarce resources and thereby denying these resources to others. I mean, i agree, it touches even on profound questions like moral philosophy. Is that switzerland, or whatever rich state is buying all this equipment, outbidding other states and making it harder for them to to help their population?"
