The Perfect Brownie

I want to know what you look for in the perfect brownie. Is it personal preference, whether someone wants a gooey inside or a caky one? What should it be in your opinion? Brownie should always be fudgy and gooy em in the middle,. Otherwise it's just a chocolate cake. So personally, i'd say you need that gooy centre. I do find sometimes when you have a gooy centr because of the structure, it sometimes dips in the middle. How would you avoid that? Em, so it dips in themiddle because it's risen around the edges. If you want a really flat brown i mean, there's nothing wrong with it
