How to Get Up at the Same Time Every Day
In our house, yeah, our kids have this supernatural ability almost to wake up at a completely crazy hour. The minute they hear us stirring, the light switches on downstairs or reopen at bedroom doors, instantly they're bounding downstairs. We set it our little ones for seven o'clock. Don't come down until your light turns on. And it's actually a really good way of just training them to, mom and dad need a little bit of time to kind of wake up, say our prayers and get ready for the day.
