Is Storytelling in Product Design a Good Idea?

Everyone nowadays is kind of a storyteller we all share kind of stories on Instagram or Facebook on you know TikTok in various ways. Brands also having to adapt to how they tell that story as well it's no longer the really long promotions anymore but it's kind of short bite bite-sized things and it needs to work across different platforms.
