Introversion, Extraversion - What Is the Difference Between Social Stimulation and Introverts?

Zon m: I'd love to hear your definition, fundamentally, of how we should think about what an intravert is versus an extra vert. Am there's a big difference between what you're good at and what you enjoy doing or feel energized by. For lots of inter verts, they prefer a one ond one conversation. They prefer to direct more of their social energy to family or to the people who they know and love best. But then there's also thi subset of introverts who love performing on tlhy, love being on stage. And for them, that's the real comfort.
