The YouTube Guru - Is That a Good Idea?

I had an entire other career before starting in YouTube in which those bona fides were absolutely necessary. But Thomas is good at what he does. And I would like to believe that the market will separate the wheat from the chaff and that the people who can't actually create results will eventually just go away.
