The House Wasn't the Problem, the Marriage Was the Problem
The 19 79 movie ends with the familyslike speeding away in the van on the stormy night. I guess that that is what's happening in this book too. Not the house, it's not joda, the calls coming from inside the marriage are going to follow them wherever they go. And then in the epilogue, we do learn that they live in california now, and they're doing ok because spirits can't travel over ro i thought it was like waldic.
