Is There Anything That Can't Be Done to Stop Invasive Speckles?

Is there anything that can't actually be done to stop this? Like, i know we have all these structure's in place to try to stop the spread of invasive species. But once they're in there, it kind of seems like, usually we're fucked. Yeythatnoye wonce: The biggest thing is prevention. Lik, don't bring avasive specsin, or non native species in. And as you lose more species like up, what do we do here?
