What's the Industry of Knowledge Search?

It's essentially a multi-stage process to truly understanding what is the, let's call it the vacuum or the knowledge gap that the client has. So of course, we've got vast databases now of our own expertise and our own heuristics as to where knowledge will reside. And then ultimately comes the technical part of both scheduling time that is available across time zones and ends on with people with very, very busy schedules. It definitely sounds like a very exciting time for the industry around the time the alpha sites were started.
