Dale: I don't really follow a lot of chefs on instagram or buy cookbooks. He says he's more kind of a blue-collar kind of chef who just cooks what i feel like and what i like. Dale lives in a cabin most of the time 70 percent of his life, but also goes to boston once a year for dinner. "I eat the same food all the time... if i can have a ham and swiss sandwich and and soup four times a week for lunch i'm stoked"
