The Bank of England's surprise move last week was arguably necessary to protect against the sharp fall in U.K. bonds. Like it or not, the world is still dependent on U.S. dollars, which provide the oxygen for global economies and markets. A Fed pivot is likely at some point given the trajectory of global U.s. dollar money supply. Bottom line: Risk assets are lightly headed lower without a Fed pivot.
