I didn't intend, like when I got in my car and I was just going to go drive around, I didn't intend on doing this. It was a spur of the moment kind of thing. The difference for some people of living and dying is a phone call at the right time. Some people get it, and some don't. Sometimes you're just gonna get it out. Do you think that'll ever change? I am really advocating on raising awareness and sharing my own story to help someone. My biggest interest is probably men's mental health, especially.
