Is There a TikTok Light Without Music?

TikTok is testing in some of the different countries right now, what is a TikTok light without music? Is it causing people to stay on the platform, leave the platform? What's happening with artists if it goes away in particular country? I think that this is TikTok's way of making more money by not having to pay artists so much money or what have you. But I also think is they're negotiating too. I think that they're gonna pay people less, not nothing at all because a TikTok without music is like Instagram. Yeah, snapchat.
