The political divide is like a world pool that's pulling everything into it. In that world pool, thinking is done with the primitive mind tribes. And so climate change has in many ways become a sacred topic where if you come up with a nuanced thing, you might get branded a denier. So there goes the super intelligence. All the arrows, no arrows can be fired. But if you get called a denier, that's a social penalty for firing an arrow at a certain orthodoxy. The big brain gets like frozen and it becomes very stupid. We're losing our ability to be wise together to make decisions.
