I used to write items for project syndicatea. Those focus mainly on off balance sheet risk. A goldan sacks, i've seen, is so old. I remember his work at golman sacks. He and i wrote a paper called structural monetary policy in structural traps. And that paper explained that in a weak economy looks like a liquidity trap. You cut rates, you geti don't get economic growth. It's a structural trap.
