What Is Joe Wilkes' Tie to the Other Suspect?
joe wilkes, at the time, he was a teanator. Was 18 or 19, joe was a drifter. He had a really, really sad, dramatic life growing up. Grew up with a shake, like a palsy. So when people talk to him, they always think he's nervous, but it's just this physical disability that he has from all the abuse. David kind of saw this kid and, you know, if he saw him walking on the street, he'd give him a ride home and helped him by his first car.
