A Coach's Study of the Effort

The first couple weeks, i not pretty, and we don't care, cause about the effort. But then by week four, five, six, they've startte gon to new leaps and valsic,. oh, i can do this work out and no problem. Now i feel like its super easy. Oh, i'm just organically lifting more weight. That's exciting. And that's really, i think, if we adopt that mind set as a coach, and also we encourage our athletes to adopted that mind set, well then your study of the effort can be different and novel and exciting every time you go out for a run or workout.
