Our concept of blame is built around interpersonal situations where we have to deal with people who have either wronged us or wronged some one we care about. And so that is, i think, the default belief. You know, up till p f Strawson, in that awesone paper, which i think we mentioned last time, the idea was: We have these beliefs, and these beliefs determine the appropriateness of certain emotions. But what p f strassen did, you know, every day i wake up i agree with his paper a little bit more as he switch that around.
