Pastor John Piper has historically turned to a handful of key Bible texts, particularly four of them. He mentions a lot about 50 times now on this podcast to date. And those texts include Psalm 40 verse 16, Psalm 70 verse 4, Romans 5 verse 11 and 1 Peter 3, 18. It's two of these texts that came up in a very short video John Piper recorded in 2017.
