The Challenges of a Gym Membership

I just think it's a lost case. Honestly, like I don't see your way out. And yeah, even when you make a really simple business case with simple furniture, stinks because of the disability that's built into these memberships. Like the switching costs are not that big. So people can switch from being in a Wii work to working at home to something else. It could work if they could revolutionize the business model and maybe have 120% occupancy rate. Then it gets interesting.
