Home Builders - What's Your Take on All This?
The last three times you've seen prices at this level, there hasn't been national price declines in each one of those instances. It's not just interest rates driving on a ford ability like it was in the eighties. And i think you're seeing some early signs of that to day. But i'd actually take a flier here on home builders, only because i think tenure yields are going to go lower and i think they're so correlated with ten your yield.
