There is nothing to do with your willpower, your brain is wired to seek reward and foods with a lot of calories That are easy to eat with a lots of fat With a lot of flavor, with a much of sugars, with aLot of salt. So number one thing you want to understand, there is nothing wrong with your brain. Your brain is doing just fine. It might have been a great thing to find that jackpot and stay there and be motivated to continue seeking it and eating. But
