How to Write a Change Log for Your Project

There are different mindsets. Developers don't want to write twice. One idea for a future feature of Scrive is to be able to pre-populate the change log fragment with your commit messages. So at least if you've written a bunch of words that are useful, you'll have them as a starting point - even if I don't just literally make it the next change log entry. That might be controversial.
