The Unseen Strawberry Market
Each year, more than 38.4 tons of strawberries and 445 kilograms of raspberries are picked during Wimbledon. I'm just trying to work out where's the unseen strawberry market. Maybe some of the production goes into like strawberry concentrate to flavor ice cream or something. So how long does a strawberry last for? Because what we could do if you work out the lifespan of a strawberry, we could work out what fraction that's across a year.
