The Importance of Being Transparent and Empathetic
The CEO of a company basically said, look, I know there's not going to be any incentive, but you should be working anyway. It makes me think about the scene we talked about in Triangle of Sadness where she was literally telling her employees that they better go out and catch more fish. And it's just so demeaning too. She's speaking to her employees like children. Like like the issue is that they're having a bad attitude. Just so many layers of just and the cluelessness.
