How to Deal With Laziness in the Workplace

I grew up in the southern Baptist tradition. A lot of what Helps people are like simple little phrases little axioms So the golden rule treat others as you would have them treat you easy, right and it makes sense is so is so concise and so simple one of the phrases that helps me when I'm trying to think about like problems like this is a problem well stated is half solved. And then once we do that Come up with a solution that actually helps us solve the real problem. Like well, that would be like a different alternative to someone saying okay This is the process in the environment that we need to go through to make everything more secure. Oh, come on tomorrow.
