I'm a big fan of extremes. I think the hardest charging version of my leadership style is when i go into micro management. If you have confidence in the executive or product manager, or whoever it is ta you're working with, let em run. Help em give frameworks, give up ideas and be a thought partner to them. How do you know wits something with this bottom up style of building? It's really hard. Often over used term, but i would say, i hate to put everything on culture because there's so much more to organization building than culture. One of the old management maxims i hate is, don't come to me with a problem without a solution.
