Is Alcohol the Worst No One Should Drink Ever?

i don't want this conversation to sound like alcohol is the worst no one should drink ever. That would be super hypocritical. I enjoy a glass of wine and then now because i really understand what's going on in my body. If i have three glasses, i'm going to start to feel really bad pretty immediately. It's not going to be worth it. And there was never, i guess it's like sex. It was just easier to say, don't do it than to talk about yes. The cultural message is loud and clear, you know, the mommy wine culture,. especially for women.
