The Importance of Seaweed in Our Diet

The average area suitable for seaweed cultivation in the world is 66 million square kilometers, so far we are cultivating 2000. It was calculated back some years ago that 2% of the ocean would be sufficient to feed the entire world with no need of animal or vegetable protein from land. They are very rich in very specific fatty acids that triggered actually the mutation of our brain a hundred thousand years ago when we moved from hay to sapiens. And think about it, it's a resource that does not need land, no pesticides, and guess why they don't even need to be watered?
