"We're going to really go all in. So you assume your calories are going to be, let's say on that particular day, 2,000 higher than normal," he says. "So we probably cut the carbs down to around 100 or less per day for those three days" The fat again, depending on the individual, you can keep it at 0.3, go as always 0.25 and even low as 0.2.
